1. Security standard
We encode your data with 2048 bit TLS/SSL (there are 2^2048 possible codes), which represents the highest possible security standard for Internet banking. In addition we recommend to use the latest version of web browser.
We recommend closing your browser after completing your enquiry to avoid other users accessing the browser information that was displayed on your screen by using the back button. You can also delete the pages you visited from the history by calling it up (Ctrl+H). 
Naturally, our computer centre and web servers are protected against hackers.


2. Personal data
Personal data are only gathered and processed on our Website if you have actively provided the data upon registration or when filling out a contact form. With the exception of the IP address which must be saved on technical grounds for the use of this service, indirect personal data is not saved or processed.

3. Use and dissemination of personal data
Certain parts of the Website are only available to registered users. By sending the online registration form which the user has completed, the user confirms that the information he/she has provided is complete and correct, and that the questions asked in the form have been answered truthfully. By submitting the form he/she has filled out, the user also declares his/her consent to the automated processing of his/her registration data and the forwarding of such data within the Raiffeisen Kapitalanlage GmbH corporate group and to credit institutions in the Raiffeisen Banking Group for the purposes of customer relationship management, and his/her consent that such data may also be processed, forwarded and used by these entities.
You have the right to revoke your consent at any time; revocation is effective from the time it is declared.
We will only send you advertising or newsletters by e-mail or by other electronic means if you agree to receiving such. You can cancel advertising or newsletters at any time, free of charge by simply sending us a letter or an e-mail. Our contact information can be found in the imprint.

4. Right to information on the data and to correction and deletion of data
At any time you can request information on the data you have saved and, in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act (in particular paragraphs 26-28 of said Act), you are entitled to have data corrected or deleted.

5. Cookies
