Both properties Utrecht I and Utrecht II (also known as "De Admiraal I" and "De Admiraal II") are situated in the industrial area “De Volharding“ in the city of Nieuwegein, which lies immediately to the south of Utrecht. The entire central Dutch area around the cities Amsterdam, Utrecht, Den Haag and Rotterdam (known as the "Randstad" area) is one of the most important conurbations in Holland and at the same time one of the largest European office markets.
The buildings are situated on the “Merwedekanaal” which runs right through the city of Nieuwegein. Thanks to its central location, the Utrecht region is an ideal location for corporate headquarters for Dutch companies. Moreover, Utrecht is home to the largest university in the country, as well as the most modern conference and exhibition facilities.
The property “Admiraal I” consists of four linked office buildings which were completed in 2002. One of the towers was built as a flagship building and has 13 floors, while the other three identical towers have seven each. There are ample parking places, green areas, the canal and a terrace around the buildings. The most important tenant is a Dutch technology company.
