Wiesbaden is the capital of the federal state of Hessen and is roughly 30 kilometres south-west of Frankfurt. Besides Frankfurt, Wiesbaden is one of the main cities in the Rhine-Main area. Just like Frankfurt, Wiesbaden has access to an extensive international motorway network and is in the close vicinity of Frankfurt airport.
The building is located in the Wiesbaden-Süd industrial park, close to the river Main. The modern, single-storey logistics building completed in 2005 has an overhead clearance of 12.5 metres.
