The MI3/Arnulfpark office and commercial building is centrally located in the new district of Arnulfpark, roughly ten minutes west of Munich Central Station by foot.
The building is based on the idea of two entwined cubes that have different window layouts and colour schemes, and it forms a closed courtyard together with the residential building located on the southern part of the site. The building features an ascending design that goes from four to seven full storeys above the ground with an underground parking garage on the first basement level.
The plan is to have between seven and ten tenants. Currently, the majority of the tenants are service companies in the fields of retail, finance, tax consulting/accounting and project development.
