Named Germany’s best bond manager

At the end of November, the rating agency Feri EuroRating Services AG and the German television news broadcaster ntv named Raiffeisen Capital Management the best bond manager in Germany during the third Feri EuroRating Awards for the German-speaking fund markets.

In Austria, Raiffeisen Capital Management was also among the five nominees for the Asset Manager Award in this category. Feri and ntv awarded company prizes for the first time this year to “give investors additional value by assessing the quality of the overall product spectrum offered by an investment firm”.

For the Feri Awards, funds run through a multi-stage assessment process. First, only funds with a Feri rating are included to ensure that all candidate funds are selected on the basis of long-term performance and not stellar but only short-lived gains. Then, the funds are ranked according to their performance over the last twelve months and their risk compared to their competitors. Based on this, the top five funds in each peer group are identified.

Only the best of the best make it into the top five in the first place, and Raiffeisen Capital Management is proud to have several short-listed funds:

  • Germany: Raiffeisen-Global-Rent in the category of “Bonds Global Currencies” and Raiffeisen-EuroPlus-Rent in the category of “Bonds European Currencies”
  • Austria: Raiffeisen-Österreich-Aktien in the category of “Stocks Austria”, and also Raiffeisen-Global-Rent and Raiffeisen-EuroPlus-Rent
  • Switzerland: Raiffeisen-Osteuropa-Aktien in the category of “Stocks Central and Eastern Europe”
