Raiffeisen Immobilien Kapitalanlage-Gesellschaft m.b.H. (Raiffeisen Immobilien KAG) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Raiffeisen Kapitalanlage-Gesellschaft m.b.H. The purpose of the company, which was founded in 2003, is to develop, issue and manage solid real estate investments for institutional clients.
Savity Vermögensverwaltung GmbH is a digital wealth management company based in Vienna which was founded in 2017. It offers access to professional wealth management service to its clients. In the computer-assisted investment of client funds, the return opportunities of international capital markets are utilized through a cost-efficient allocation of assets across various asset classes. Savity uses state-of-the-art technology to create segregated portfolios with different risk profiles for clients, taking into account their investment objectives and sustainability preferences. Since January 2025, Savity has been a 100% subsidiary of Raiffeisen Kapitalanlage-Gesellschaft m.b.H.
Raiffeisen Capital Management expands presence in Croatia
Raiffeisen Kapitalanlage-Gesellschaft m.b.H. (“Raiffeisen KAG”) has established a branch office in Croatia: Raiffeisen Kapitalanlage-Gesellschaft m.b.H. Podružnica Hrvatska, za upravljanje fondovima will henceforth operate the Croatian fund business of RCM.
In parallel, the fully owned subsidiary Raiffeisen Invest d.o.o. (“R-Invest”) has been merged into Raiffeisen KAG, with Raiffeisen KAG being the legal successor of R-Invest as of November 1, 2025. The transaction has been approved by the Austrian and the Croatian Financial Market Authorities.
Raiffeisen KAG will - as a result of the merger- drive the Croatian business through its branch office in Zagreb—supported by the existing team of the former Raiffeisen Invest d.o.o. The company will consolidate its local presence under the Raiffeisen Capital Management umnrella brand and market its retail funds under Raiffeisen Fondovi brand.

Our funds are available in more than 20 markets. More than half of all assets are being managed according to strict ESG criteria. And this percentage is growing dynamically.

Customers of Raiffeisen Capital Management include major institutional investors, wealthy private customers, and a great number of small investors who invest in the retail funds of the company via the Raiffeisen bank network and other sales partners.
