Ben Hodges is a former Lieutenant General of the US Army Europe, and now Senior Advisor to Human Rights First and a respected expert on Europe, NATO, and transatlantic security. He previously served as the Commanding General of US Army Europe and has held senior advisory and leadership roles in international defense and policy organizations. Today, he continues to contribute his strategic perspective to discussions on security, human rights, and the future of Europe.

Rainer Schnabl is a member of the management board of Raiffeisen Bank International AG since March 2026, where he is responsible for CIB products & solutions. Prior to that, he served as chairman of the management board of Raiffeisen Bank d.d. Bosna i Hercegovina from December 2022 to February 2026 and before that, he was CEO of Raiffeisen KAG. He has been with the Raiffeisen Banking Group since 1999 and has held various management positions at Raiffeisen Landesbank Oberösterreich AG.

Claudia Dünisch has been working with Raiffeisen Capital Management since 2019. Since 2026, she has been responsible for the “CEE and International Business” sales division. As a CFA charterholder, her work focuses on expanding business activities and managing client relationships in CEE as well as other international markets. Prior to this, she was responsible for the institutional business for four years. Her previous professional experience includes roles in sales and as an investment analyst, among others at Willis Towers Watson in Frankfurt.

Hannes Cizek has been CEO of Raiffeisen KAG since April 1, 2023. He has been with the Raiffeisen Banking Group since 2009 and has held various management positions. He has been Head of Group Strategy for RBI AG since 2018. Prior to that, he was Head of Group Digital Banking. From 2013 to 2015, Hannes Cizek was Executive Assistant to the CEO. Before joining RBI, he worked at RLB NÖ-Wien AG.

Jaromír Sladkovský has been CEO of Raiffeisen investiční společnost, a.s. since 2014. He has been with Raiffeisen since 2006 and has held various management positions. Among other positions, Jaromír Sladkovský was also Head of Investments of Raiffeisenbank, a.s. Jaromír Sladkovský is Chairman of the Association of Capital Markets (AKAT) and President of the INSEAD Czech and Slovak national alumni association.
